The Coffee you're drinking: DAWN PATROL

Produced at Valle de Oro in El Salvador, and sourced through direct trade, this coffee was crafted especially for Espresso, delivering a rich and comforting cup with notes of roasted almond, caramel and chocolate.

 

For the best experience, use 18g of ground coffee in the porta-filter and extract until you reach 45g in the cup. Aim for a brew time of 24 to 26 seconds to achieve a well-balanced espresso with good body and clarity.
